Vegetable seed specialist with hands-on experience and strategic insight

1. Advise the negotiation of seed production contracts in EU, Asia, Oceania, and Africa plus the subsequent follow up of commercial and stock seed production fields for reporting estimated seed yield / qualities / timing / QC.
    
2. Advise the identification of ideal sites for establishing seed production home farms in Asia.
    
3. Advise breeders in prioritizing their breeding goals aligned with market demands / seed yield / seed quality. This is to narrow down breeding targets on the "need to have" traits to ensure "speed to market" of new varieties.
    
4. Advise M&A to identify best match acquisition objects, this includes quality assurance for evaluating the germplasm value in accordance with market demands.
